4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to love every Sanctuary piece. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for Underwear & Intimates, Sleepwear, or items without original tags, signs of wear, washing, or alteration. Final sale items are also non-returnable.

Return Process:

• We will provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
• Ship items to: Sanctuary Clothing Store Returns, 3715 Lamberts Branch Road, Perrine, US 33157, using a trackable service with the authorization number clearly marked.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, plus 3-5 business days to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges include free standard shipping for the replacement item.

International returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties. Refunds are issued in USD based on exchange rates at processing time.
