Important: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Items

Once authorized, carefully package your items and ship them to our returns center at:

Please include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items, please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for processing and inspection
  • Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and hygiene standards our sophisticated international community expects, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear & Intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sleepwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
  • Items that have been washed or altered
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

International Returns

As a global brand serving modern women worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote regions), we accept international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Refunds will be issued in USD according to the exchange rate at the time of processing.
